My name is Aly and my passion is holding space for women to reconnect with their most authentic self, their powerful bodies and emotions and their birthright to deeply receive.
In each of my offerings I will gently and lovingly hold space for you to ground and connect within, become present with your breath and support you to access your parasympathetic nervous system, where you rest and digest and are able to receive the relaxation, nourishment and healing benefits of the treatment.
Ensuring you feel safe and comfortable at all times is my absolute priority and I provide a safe space that allows you to feel seen, heard and held, where your requests are respected and honoured.

Physical touch can bring up a lot of emotions for people and for many touch has not been a positive experience in the past, so receiving Massage is not even something they can contemplate. I am incredibly flexible in the way that I provide my treatments and the most important piece to understand is that you are in charge of your session. I am lead by you and your body at all times and I am always listening and honouring your NOs.
I specialise in providing treatments to women who have experienced trauma around touch and are wanting to rebuild their connection to self and ideally get to a point where they feel safe to receive safe touch.
These sessions are unique to the individual and can include a number of practices, including Reiki, guided connection and self touch and practices that do not involve any physical touch at all.
I take this very seriously and this is an area I am deeply passionate about and honoured to support women with.
